📦 Damages or Lost Packages

Vogeelle takes great care in packaging your items securely. However, once items are in transit, responsibility for damage or loss lies with the shipping carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, we recommend the following steps:

  1. Take photos of the damaged packaging and item.

  2. Do not discard the packaging.

  3. File a claim directly with the shipping carrier as soon as possible.
